    I checked the backend, looks like that your Google account which you have connected to SEO Doctor (by going into Settings > Webmaster) doesn’t have enough privilege to submit sitemap.

    Can you please check this article, disconnect your webmaster account and reconnect it again. Now, try to submit the sitemap once again.
