    I am unable to submit the sitemap for my store to google – it errors and says contact support . Can you please check this and let me know what is the issue?

    Sorry to hear about the issue. May I know your shop’s domain and also request you to check permission for the account you are trying to submit sitemap from.

    Hi,

    Domain is : http://www.banyantreefoods.co.uk

    I can confirm the persmission on the sitemap account is fine.

    Can you please look into this.
